Job Title – Associate Instructor

Location – Golf Course, Gurgaon
Work Mode – Work from office 05 days a week
Work Experience – 1-3 years
Education – Graduate
CTC – 30,000-35,000 per month

Training – Candidate will undergo a 5 weeks training and stipend of Rs. 15000 will be paid for training duration. After successful completion of training the package on which the candidate is closed shall start.

Job Responsibilities – 

• The Instructor will primarily be responsible for the smooth functioning of the centre and contribute to overall development and growth of Kids.
• Conducting Assessment Test and Achievement Test as per Kumon Method at the time of enrolment.
• Monitoring marking of class work and homework worksheets by centre staff and assisting if required.
• Finding the appropriate starting points by looking at the Diagnostic Graph.
• Determining the student’s starting point.
• To set study projection for students.
• Administration of worksheets as per Kumon method.
• Assigning C.W and H.W worksheets to students.
• Making Study Plan and assess study plan for students on regular basis.
• Observing the student on the centre day while attempting worksheets.
• Providing feedback and update student’s study projection with parents.

• Should have Bachelor’s degree.
• Good at Math and Reading Skills
• Willingness to work with students of all ages and abilities
• Have customer service attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Title- Market Research Executive
Job Location – Noida
Work Mode – Work from office 05 days a week
Experience – 1-3 years
Education – Any graduate
CTC- Rs. 25,000 – 35,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Work related to Property search & evaluation as per set guidelines including designing of centre layouts.
• Compile, analyse and convert raw data into useful insights. Raw Data such as target customer demographics, market trends related to property rentals, paying capacity of the area etc.
• Preparing reports & presentations.
• Coordination with Franchise centres.
• Should be curious and inquisitive to explore new areas.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Should be a team player with Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling activities related to Franchise operations would be preferred.
• Should be flexible and willing to travel as per need (intra & intercity).
• Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Title – Grader Full Time
Job Location– Noida/Delhi/Gurgaon
Work Mode– Work from office only 06 days a week.
Experience– Freshers to experience with 1-2 years are open to apply.
Education– Undergraduate/Graduate.
CTC– Rs. 18,000-24,000 per month.
Shift Timing – Morning Shift (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
